How We Issue Payments

We offer two convenient payment options - your choice:

  • PayPal: Fast, secure, and instant transfers to your confirmed PayPal email. You can withdraw funds to your bank, request a check, pay bills, send money, or use for purchases. For more on PayPal's services and fees, visit PayPal.com.
  • BBToyStore.com Store Credit: We add a generous 25% bonus to your total amount - great for shopping our full inventory of toys and collectibles.

Payments are typically issued within 1 week of receiving and verifying your shipment (often sooner), as outlined in our How This Works page.

How to Ship Your Items

For the fastest processing, we recommend submitting **one sell order per box**. If your items require multiple boxes, simply process additional orders - multiple orders are fully supported and help us handle everything efficiently.

Shipping costs:

  • For orders over $30.00, we cover shipping by emailing you a **prepaid label** (usually UPS, sometimes USPS for U.S. addresses).
  • Under $30.00, you'll cover the shipping cost.

Using your prepaid label:

  • UPS: Drop off at any UPS location, dropbox, or store (find one at UPS.com). Optional pickup service is available (may incur a fee).
  • USPS: Drop off at any post office.

This prepaid offer applies to most U.S. addresses (contact us first for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or international). We recommend using trackable, insured shipping with signature confirmation for your peace of mind.

How to Package Your Items

Shipping costs are based on weight and box size - smaller, denser packages save money! Always use the smallest sturdy box possible and check rates in advance to ensure it's cost-effective.

General packaging tips:

  • Keep box size under 24 inches on any side (ideally smaller than 18x18x12 to avoid oversize fees).
  • Use a strong, crush-resistant box that won't tear open.
  • Eliminate empty space - cut down boxes if needed and fill gaps.
  • Secure items so they don't shift (use bubble wrap, newspaper, packing peanuts, foam, etc.).

TY Beanie Babies, Webkinz, Disney Bean Bags & Other Plush

Plush items are durable and need minimal padding. Place them in one or more unscented trash bags (or large plastic bags). Remove any plastic boxes or sandwich bags. Tag protectors can stay on or off - your choice.

Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, Magic & Other Cards

Separate cards by type (e.g., Holograms/Rares separate from Commons) for faster processing. Keep individually listed cards in the exact order shown on your order.

Protect them well to prevent bending or damage:

  • Wrap stacks in plastic saran wrap or small bags.
  • For envelopes: Add cardboard or hard plastic top loaders.
  • Remove from 9-pocket pages, soft sleeves, or hard top loaders (sleeves only recommended for high-value cards; not needed for low-value ones).

Barbies, Funko POP!, Star Wars & Other Action Figures or Dolls

These are delicate - use a sturdy, crush-resistant box. Wrap each item (or groups) in bubble wrap to prevent dents/crushing. Place heavier items at the bottom and lighter ones on top. Mark the box "Fragile" on all sides with a black marker.

Coins, Video Games & Similar Items

Coins: Separate by denomination (e.g., quarters vs. dimes) using small sandwich bags or coin wrappers.

Video Games:

  • In cases: Stack neatly at the bottom (heavier items); wrap in plastic to prevent sliding.
  • Loose (no cases): Stack small groups in plastic bags and fold tightly to avoid scratches/movement.
